About the Festival
What is the Made in Huntington Film & TV Festival?
Filmmakers and video producers from around the world, or around the corner, are invited to enter short subject or feature length content to this festival which celebrates Huntington, Long Island as a great place to produce or tell stories about the town's people, places, or cultures. Additionally, a Beyond Huntington track offers an additional set of categories for content produced beyond Huntington's borders. Ideally the content has some reference or connection to Huntington.
The Made in Huntington Film & TV Festival is presented by the Huntington Cultural Affairs Institute, a 501c3 non-profit corporation and is produced by the Town of Huntington’s Office of Film & Television. The Office of Film & Television was created in 2022 for the purpose of promoting the locations, businesses, services and resources of Huntington to filmmakers, television producers, location scouts, studios, and tourists as an ideal place to produce movies, videos and television content. Submissions open through January 20, 2025.
